Join us for a free day of connection, healing, movement, and community at Good Life Refuge. This is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and others, and experience practices that support both personal and collective wellbeing.
Together, we’ll explore a self-defense class (1:30pm)by Quest Self-Defense, a somatic dance (2:15pm) session by Nicole Brecht, and a guided meditation (3pm) led by Rt. Reverend Stacia Synnestvedt in a welcoming and supportive sanctuary setting surrounded by rescued farm animals.
Whether you come to move, learn, rest, connect, or simply spend time in nature, this day is open to all experience levels and backgrounds.
This gathering is rooted in the belief that caring for ourselves, each other, animals, and the planet are deeply connected. Come as you are and join us in creating a more compassionate, grounded, and empowered community.
This is a free community event. Donations to support the animals of Good Life Refuge are always welcome.
